Event Information
We are beyond excited to have you with us! We know the Lord is going to do something wonderful at this retreat since we have seen His hand move in so many wonderful ways! What began as a small event for our local church, has been expanded by the Spirit into a sizeable regional event. We have been surprised by the overwhelming response to our initial invitation and we currently have over 100 attendees registered from all over the state of Illinois and even out-of-state!
Our volunteers have been working non-stop this week to finalize all the preparations for this program but we must ask for your help in the following ways to make this a positive experience for everyone.
Schedule
The doors will open at 1:00 p.m for registration until 1:45 p.m. so we may start the program promptly at 2 p.m. Please help us by arriving as early as possible so we can start on time.
Parking
Parking on site is available, but somewhat limited. If you are able, please make plans to carpool with others. We also ask that you please leave the gravel parking by the doors available to the disabled and park on the grass in the front of the building next to the driveway entrance. We will try to have a parking attendant outside if we have enough volunteers to spare.
Miscellaneous
The fellowship meal will take place towards the end of the program, so please prepare any snacks you may need to tie you over until that time.
We do not have any child care prepared, so we ask that any under-aged girls remain accompanied by their guardian or an adult at all times.

Not everyone who registered provided an email address, please help us by spreading the word to all the women whom you know are attending.
We are looking forward to spending time with each and every one of you in fellowship with the Lord.

¡Estamos muy emocionados de contar con su presencia! Sabemos que el Señor va a hacer algo maravilloso en este retiro, ¡ya que hemos visto Su mano obrar de tantas maneras maravillosas! Lo que comenzó como un pequeño evento para nuestra iglesia local, ha sido expandido por el Espíritu hasta convertirse en un evento regional considerable. ¡Nos ha sorprendido la abrumadora respuesta a nuestra invitación inicial y actualmente contamos con más de 100 asistentes registradas de todo el estado de Illinois e incluso de fuera del estado!
Nuestros voluntarios han estado trabajando sin descanso esta semana para finalizar todos los preparativos para este programa, pero debemos pedir su ayuda de las siguientes maneras para que esta sea una experiencia positiva para todas.
Horario
Las puertas se abrirán a la 1:00 p.m. para el registro hasta la 1:45 p.m., de modo que podamos comenzar el programa puntualmente a las 2:00 p.m. Por favor, ayúdenos llegando lo antes posible para que podamos empezar a tiempo.
Estacionamiento
Hay estacionamiento disponible en el lugar, pero es algo limitado. Si le es posible, por favor coordine para compartir el vehículo con otras personas. También le pedimos que deje el estacionamiento de grava junto a las puertas disponible para personas con discapacidad y se estacione en el césped al frente del edificio, al lado de la entrada de la entrada vehicular. Intentaremos contar con un encargado de estacionamiento afuera si disponemos de suficientes voluntarios.
Varios
La comida será hacia el final del programa, por lo que le sugerimos preparar snacks o bocadillos que pueda necesitar.
No disponemos de servicio de cuidado de niños, por lo que pedimos que las menores de edad permanezcan acompañadas por su tutor o un adulto en todo momento.
Corre la Voz
No todas las mujeres registradas proporcionaron una dirección de correo electrónico; por favor, ayúdenos corriendo la voz a todas las mujeres que usted sepa que asistirán.

Excited to be there. Do you take donations?
We’re excited to have you! We currently take donations for the event under the West Frankfort “Women’s Ministries” offering. Or, we will also have a donations box at the event.
